Gigwalk was founded in 2010 with the goal of reinventing work in a mobile world. Today, we make work better by developing mobile applications that transform and improve the nature of work and the relationship between employers and employees. We help businesses more efficiently manage distributed workforces to achieve better business outcomes and we give workers greater control and flexibility, so everyone can get work done.

David
Hale
CEO
David brings over 20 years of enterprise software experience to his role as Gigwalk’s CEO. Prior to joining Gigwalk, he held various executive positions with E2open from launch in 2000 through a 2012 IPO. There he managed cloud solution delivery for numerous Global 1000 companies. Prior to E2open, David led operations for SCM Microsystems (Identiv), a provider of secure access to digital content. David also spent five years at Solectron (Flextronics), helping the company grow from $250 million to $2 billion. David began his career as a consultant at Bain and Company and holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and MA and MBA degrees from Stanford University.

Crampton
Co-Founder
& CTO
Matt is the co-founder and CTO of Gigwalk. He originally founded Gigwalk to create a marketplace to help businesses mobilize people to get work done. Since launching in May 2011, Gigwalk has grown into a local visibility software platform that facilitates brand and retailer collaboration with the world's largest on-demand mobile workforce, also known as Gigwalkers. Prior to Gigwalk, Matt lead software development teams at Yahoo! Buzz, and HotJobs (starting in 2005), and lead front end development for AOL Shopping and Alerts (starting in 2000).
Fred
Boutros
VP of Sales
Fred oversees the sales and business development team at Gigwalk. Fred joined Gigwalk from IRI where he was a Vice President in the U.S. Strategic Solutions Group responsible for client development in the areas of Consumer and Shopper Marketing, Advantage Technology, and Advanced Analytics across a number of consumer packaged goods segments. Prior to IRI, Fred worked at Management Science Associates where he was a director overseeing the Publishing Division. Fred started his professional career with Accenture (previously Andersen Consulting) in its Process Group. Fred received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, a master’s in engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Molly Glover
Gallatin
VP of Marketing
Molly is Gigwalk’s VP of Marketing, bringing over 20 years of marketing experience to the team, as well as an expertise in working with high growth, early stage companies. Previously, Molly was the VP of Marketing for Compass Labs, a social ads and insights platform. Prior to Compass Labs, Molly led marketing for YuMe, joining the company as employee number ten and overseeing the company’s launch, driving all marketing efforts to successfully position YuMe as the leading digital video advertising solution. Molly started her career in advertising and received her BS from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her MBA from Columbia University.
Bernice
Crowley
Director of Finance
Bernice is the Senior Finance Manager at Gigwalk and brings 15 years of diverse international experience to the company. Prior to joining Gigwalk, Bernice worked as financial controller at Investment Banking firms Nomura International plc in London and Goldman Sachs in Tokyo. She also served as Finance Manager at Nativeminds, an online customer relation software and services provider based in San Francisco, before their acquisition. Bernice began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, Dublin and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University College Cork, Ireland.
