Randstad Japan Adopts Gigwalk’s Technology to Revolutionize their Staffing Business

Gigwalk is proud to announce that Randstad Japan, a division of the world’s second-largest HR service provider Randstad, has selected Gigwalk’s software and mobile solution to manage its contingent labor workforce and on-demand work.

With over 120 branch offices throughout Japan and approximately 2,000 on-demand staffing positions dispatched per day, Randstad needed a solution that would improve work allocation and communication with workers. With Gigwalk’s mobile technology, Randstad now minimizes phone, email and fax communications and transitions to a mobile solution, improving job matching and easing the ability for workers to accept or decline jobs, clock hours and communicate with recruiters.

With Gigwalk’s technology, Randstad is able to enhance the work process by:

  • Enabling mobile alerts for workers, speeding match rates and deployment
  • Eliminating paper time sheets
  • Ensuring compliance with Japanese labor laws with real-time data on both the work and the worker
